Regnum Bansko Ski Hotel & SPA

Very good service, special thanks to the F&B manager who was there every dinner and the whole team! Food was good and convenient to have dinners without leaving hotel. The shuttle bus to cable car was a huge bonus (could run till 5:30-6:00pm though). Kids animation was nice, my daughter liked to play with girls there after skiing and dance at the disco. SPA was ok, had a Turkish bath ceremony, the woman was very nice. Finish sauna would be a great plus, the steam bath was not always warm enough. Rooms are spacious, very nice big beds.

Very nice hotel, maybe slightly old, but everything is in good condition. Breakfast is very good with omlet station, wide choice of dishes vegetables and fruits. Shuttle bus to gondola every half an hour in the morning and back after noon. Very clean, house cleaning every day. Very nice and helpful staff. Definitely recommend and will come again!

We had a summer stay with a baby, the location is perfect for that, a walking distance to the main street and still having the mountains landscape. The facilities are great, the amount of pools were great.

I loved the big room with 2 separate bathrooms which is great having with kids, the breakfast is great! The variety of pools! Very good and happy we stayed there 😊 The playroom for the kids didnt have much to offer although the woman playing with the kids was very nice 🙂 it is very big my kids liked to just run around there.

Just everything is above our expectations! Wide rooms with balcony, comfortable bad and pillows I never meet jet, breakfast and dinner are delicious and versatile, 3 hours timing each. Very quiet beside many family guest. Spa with closeed and opened pools are comming into accomodation, with different pleasure temperature each, sauna and steam room are something new for me and I used it many times. It was a wanderfull weekend. By the way the hotel was fill with guests I didnt see that in other hotels. I'll be back! and Alal neka im se parite !
